Additional Carwash Features

ENGINE DEGREASER / BUG AND TAR REMOVER
This product is available in several of our bays from a separate meter and wand. It can be used to degrease engines, parts and equipment. It can also be used to help remove brake dust from wheels or to remove bugs, tar or that winter road film directly from the surface of the vehicle. Tar, sap and the salt based chemicals the road crews put down in winter can leave the surface feeling rough or looking dirty, even after a thorough cleaning without regular products. This is especially noticeable on rocker panels and the back of the vehicle. Applying the degreaser to the whole vehicle and then scrub with the foaming brush to loosen those stubborn contaminates. Note that the degreaser also removes wax so we recommend restoring this protective layer using our high pressure hot wax. The degreaser product is flammable so be sure to follow the instructions and warnings posted next to the meter and do not apply to hot engines.

INDOOR VACUUMS AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANERS
Four of our bays have vacuums and upholstery cleaners so you can keep the interior of your vehicle clean without having to brave the rain or cold. Vacuum the surface dirt and debris and then switch to the “Rug Machine” upholstery cleaner to deep clean the carpet and cloth upholstery or clean up wet spills. These services are available in one of our large bays so they can be used by RVs, trucks or Limousines, even during inclement weather.

HANDHELD AIR DRYERS
Located right in the bays, these handheld air dryers dry your vehicle by “pushing” the water off the vehicle with a curtain of air as you work the wand down the surface of the vehicle. The dryers work great for getting water out of all the cracks and crevices, like bodyline edges, trim, and grill. They work great for drying doorjambs to reduce the possibility of freeze-up in the wintertime. We have two generations of handheld air dryers. The older “Power-Dry” operates from separate meters and is more economical. The newer, more powerful “Blasto-Dry” can be activated directly from the main meter. These newer models put out more air, have a better wand (with a built in switch) and do a much better job, both on the vehicle surface and in the nooks and crannies.

FRAGRANCE CENTERS
We have 2 fragrance machines that dispense a total of 5 possible “flavors” of scented oils directly to the interior of your vehicle.

VACUUMS
Of course we have many vacuums outside as well for keeping the interior of your vehicle free of dirt and debris.

VENDING
We have nearly 30 coin-operated vending machines located around our facility providing products like drying towels, Armor-All, window cleaner, scented trees, and much more.

AIR
Compressed air is available with a gauged nozzle for checking and filling your tires.

FREE RV DUMP STATION
We offer a FREE RV Dump station and fresh water supply for out RV customers. We are usually able to keep this service available year-round.

BILL CHANGERS
We have 2 bill changers on site to change 1’s, 5’s 10’s or 20’s to quarters for use in our meters.

ATM
We also have an ATM on site for your convenience.

ATTENDANT
We usually have someone at or near by the car wash during normal daylight hours. If you have problems or questions and can’t find the attendant please give us a call at (907) 279-4819 as we are usually close by.

WASHCARD / FLEET ACCOUNTS
