WashCard and Fleet Accounts

Mountain View Car Wash Inc. has a card system that allows you to swipe a card to activate the bay meters instead of using quarters. “WASHCARDS” are available in two types.

PREPAID DEBIT WASHCARDS can be purchased from the attendant in 3 denominations; $20, $50 or $100. Purchases over $50 will earn an extra 5%. For example, if a $100 dollar card is purchased or re-valued, the card will have $105. We accept cash, most major credit cards and non-personal, in state, checks for wash card purchases.

FLEET ACCOUNT WASHCARDS
Upon approval of good credit we can set up a business account. Account customers can have multiple cards and will be billed monthly. The account comes with itemized billing to keep track of your expenses. We also offer a 5% discount for immediate payment. Contact Rosie for additional account information.

CARD RATES:
Cost per minute – Approximately 68¢ per Minute
$20 card = 29 Minutes
$50 card = 77 Minutes
$100 card = 154 Minutes

WASHCARD USE INSTRUCTIONS
Each bay has a card reader located under or near the meter. The reader will have a red LED light. Hold the card vertically with the “WashCard” logo facing you and slide the card through the reader’s slot from left to right as indicated by the arrow. Keep the card vertical and tight against the top of the slot. If the card is accepted the LED will turn green. The wash meter is now available and you can begin. When you are finished swipe the card again and the LED will turn red.

WARNING – DO NOT FORGET to swipe your card to turn off the meter when you are done washing or time will continue to be deducted. WashCard users are responsible for all charges incurred by their cards.

The WashCard meters will turn off automatically after 20 minutes in the inside bays and after 60 minutes in the outside bay.

Any lost cards should be reported to Mountain View Car Wash Inc. immediately.
